The experience of childbirth isn't always a joyful experience as you will see in this video clip. Couples who experience such a tragic outcome often must travel this grief journey alone simply because those around them do not know how to respond to such a grief. I post this for another reason. Several years ago a friend of ours suffered such a tragedy. We were there for their child's celebration of life service. We experienced her grief journey each time we brought our kids to piano lessons. Lastly, if you experienced a still birth know that we have a God in heaven who knows and understands your grief. Just as Jesus welcomed your child into heaven he is there to walk with you as you recover from this grief. Treasure the memory of carrying that child by talking with others about your child. One day a smile will reappear on your face and joy will return as you picture your child in heaven. I have included a link to the Lifeway Christian bookstore with links to grief materials to help you on this journey:http://www.lifeway.com/Books/c/Keyword-grief/N-1z141mr/Ne-1z141mv
